Interview preparation · Malaysia

I was written off early.
Now I sit on the hiring side.

In 2011 I walked into an interview at Royal Bank of Canada with a 2.3 CGPA, English I couldn't rely on under pressure, and entirely the wrong preparation. They hired me anyway. Fifteen years later I run operations across five markets and sit on the other side of that table. This is what I learned there, written down.

SIDE OF
THE TABLE

How to prepare for interviews when you don't have the perfect background.

NOT PERFECT. PREPARED.
The book

Most interview advice is written by coaches.

This one is written by someone who bombed an interview badly, got hired anyway, and now sits on the hiring side. Sixty-one pages on what actually changes a hiring manager's mind, and what quietly loses you the room.

  • The full 61-page guide24 chapters, from decoding a job description to handling rejection
  • The Interactive CompanionBuild an Evidence Bank you reuse for every future interview
  • The Interview Ready CardA one-page reset you open five minutes before you walk in

Live, 90 minutes

Or do it with me in the room.

Interview Ready is a working session, not a talk. You build your evidence live and say it out loud before it matters. RM49 a seat while it is a pilot, and only 12 seats because everyone works on their own material. Not recorded. No date yet, and the waiting list gets first claim.

Free, and it stays free

Seventy things that can go wrong before you open your mouth.

The interview preparation checklist covers everything around the conversation: the logistics, the technology, what you're wearing, and the state you arrive in. It works in your browser, saves nothing to any server, and you can send it to anyone who needs it.

For companies

Corporate training is in development.

Courses in leadership, communication and applied AI for Malaysian SMEs, built from running real teams and making real people decisions, not from a textbook. They are being finished now. If your team needs this, tell me what you're trying to fix and I'll come back to you when the programme is ready.
