What we collect, and why

If you buy the book

We store your name, email address and phone number, and the record of your order. The email address is what your files are sent to, so we cannot deliver the product without it. Payment is handled entirely by toyyibPay. We never see or store your card number or your online banking credentials.

If you request a proposal

We store what you type into the enquiry form, so we can reply to it and prepare a proposal.

If you join the masterclass waiting list

We store your name and email address, and your phone number and what you are preparing for if you chose to give them. It is kept so we can tell you when a date is set, and for nothing else. You are not added to any other mailing, and the list is not shared with anyone. Ask us to remove you at any time and it goes immediately.

The free checklist and the Companion

Neither page sends anything anywhere. Your answers are saved in your own browser's local storage and never leave your device. There is no account, no tracking script, and no analytics on either page. Clearing your browser data clears your answers, and nobody else can recover them.

Who else sees it

toyyibPay, to take the payment. Our email provider, to deliver the message. Nobody else. We do not sell or share personal data, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Getting it removed

Write to ferhanjohar@boldshiftadvisory.com and ask. We keep order records for as long as Malaysian tax rules require, and delete the rest.
