We discuss your needs by email. I share the support I can offer, the proposed duration, my availability and pricing so you can decide whether to proceed.
If we agree to proceed, I send a payment link for the agreed fee. Submitting an enquiry does not secure a session or commit you to payment.
Your calendar invitation and joining link will be emailed within 24 hours of confirmed payment, for the agreed session time.
Every request is subject to fit and availability. Include your interview date so I can assess whether the timing is workable.

The focus is how you explain your experience, decisions and readiness. If you need specialist technical interview preparation, describe it in your request so I can assess the fit.
No. I personally review your background, the support you need and my availability. Payment is requested only after I accept the request and we agree on the session, fee and time.
Include the interview date and the times you can meet. Short-notice requests depend on my availability and enough preparation time. Please wait for confirmation before making plans around a session.
No. You receive practice and direct feedback to help improve your answers. Hiring and promotion decisions remain with the employer.
